Where I live and stamp from

I decided that I need to show some of the girls where I live and try to do my stamping and card making from. Most of the ladies that I know have their own houses, and consequently have their own craft room.
Currently I am staying with my sister Jodie, her partner John, and Jade (my niece, cutest 3 year old there is), and Mathew, (my nephew, 10 months old). I have been there since September last year, and will probably be there for a little while longer. Hopefully until the new year. My goal is to start looking for a house of my own, and to have a room that is specifically for craft stuff. But that is a little way off.
I decided not to take a photo of the room that I live in, sleep in and try to do stamping in. Instead, I will show you the fabulous card that I made at Jacque's on Wednesday night. But then I forgot to take a photo.
I work with two blokes - who give me all sorts of jip about all sorts of things. Anyhow I showed the boys what I made on Wednesday night, as I was going to take them in to work to photograph, as I didn't have a camera at home. And blow me down if one of them wants one. Very exciting.
Well this post has been a long time coming, and at last it is here. I started this post a couple of weeks ago, and last night I was getting all sorts of hassles from Karen. So here it is.
Last night was demo training, and we had a swap to do - so here is my swap. I am quite proud of it as it is the first one that I have done, where I didn't end up spending the whole night sitting in front of the TV doing the swaps. I spent most of Saturday at Rachael's doing my swaps. While she flitted around finishing off her stuff.

I will be putting together a couple of classes over the coming week for Christmas cards. As it is that time for us to get our selves organised, and get the cards done and ready to go. A venue will be decided, because of my living situation, I can't really have it there, so I will let you.

Watch this space. Till next time

The very first post

Well here is my very first post, as a blogger. All the girls in my group of SU demonstrators will be very proud of me. But you will have to wait for a picture. As I will need to do that at home. So here is the very first post. I am going to show you some of my basic cards etc that I have done over the past year, and we will see how they change over the coming years, as I explore my creativity.

I look forward to hearing from you, as I go ahead and have fun on my Stamping and Scrapbooking journey.
